Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

How to Return:

  1. Email info@trapandnap.com with your order number
  2. Describe the reason for your return
  3. We'll provide return instructions

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.

Exchanges

For size or color exchanges, email us at info@trapandnap.com. We'll help coordinate the exchange process.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items without original tags attached
  • Items returned after 30 days
  • Final sale or clearance items

Wrong Size?

We want you to love your fit! If the size isn't right, we're happy to help with an exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at info@trapandnap.com with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
